At RAZE TCG, we strive to provide accurate descriptions and clear photos of every card we sell.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

• Change of mind

• Buyer's remorse

• Market price fluctuations

• Grading outcomes or expectations

• Minor condition details visible in listing photos

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives significantly damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review your claim, please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item received

• Photos of the packaging

Claims submitted without supporting photos may not be eligible for review.

Condition

Card condition is subjective. We encourage customers to carefully review all photos and request additional photos before purchasing if needed.

Refund Eligibility

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
