are your cards authentic?
Yes. All cards sold by RAZE TCG are 100% authentic.
what condition are your cards in?
Card condition varies by item. We encourage customers to carefully review all photos before purchasing. Please note that card condition is subjective and may vary between collectors.
how are cards packaged?
Every order is packed with protection in mind. Cards are sleeved and secured appropriately, with additional protection such as toploaders, bubble wrap, and boxes used when needed.
what payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Paypal, Fawran, and Cash (Cash-on-Delivery).
when do you deliver?
Orders are delivered every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Order cutoff is 3:00 PM (Qatar Time). Orders placed after the cutoff will be included in the next delivery run.
how much is delivery?
• Within Doha — QAR 25
• Outside Doha (Pearl, Lusail, Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan & Umm Salal) — QAR 30
Free delivery on orders QAR 300 and above.
do you deliver to al khor, mesaieed and dukhan?
We currently do not offer delivery to these areas. Pickup may be arranged at our designated location. Please contact us for details.
do you buy/trade cards?
Yes. If you're looking to sell/trade Pokémon cards or a collection, please visit our Contact Us page and provide your name, contact number, details of the cards you'd like to sell. We'll review your submission and get back to you as soon as possible.
what if i receive the wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
what is your return policy?
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are not offered for change of mind, market fluctuations, or grading outcomes.
